No. At present you can post one property ad for free. To post the second ad you need to buy a listing from us. You can buy a listing under “Packages”.

How long will my ad be visible to buyers?

Your first ad will be live until you mark the ad as sold in the dashboard.

How do I see the enquiries received for my ad?

If buyers show interest in your property ad, you will receive the details via email and SMS registered with us. You can also see enquiries in the FindBHK dashboard.

Can builders advertise their project in the free listing?

Builders and plot promoters are advised to use project listings. Project listings offer higher visibility in nearby regions and allow richer project details for better enquiries.

What types of properties can I post here?

You can post apartments, independent houses, and plots for sale, rent, and lease. Currently, we do not support commercial property ads.

How do I get more enquiries?

Provide clear and authentic details like address, specifications, and real images. Listings without images typically receive very few enquiries.
